Ayurveda is the 5,000 year old, ancient Indian healing system, sometimes referred to as yoga’s sister science. Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to health with focuses on agni -digestive fire, self care and living in harmony with nature and her rhythms. Ayurveda gets to the root of our ailment, rather than simply addressing the symptoms. This ancient science recognizes that we are each unique and there is no one size fits all approach. Ayurvedic practices yield side benefits, rather than side effects.
